Sakura is a celebration of everything that's temporary, like beauty and life
From 22nd of March and throughout the bank holiday weekend, our restaurants will be adorned with stunning cherry blossoms and elegant ikebana arrangements.
Our chefs have crated a special dessert, aptly named Chēri: a decadent dark chocolate fondant with a molten cherry centre, served with cherry ice cream.
We are also introducing our Sakura Hanamicocktail - a refreshing mix of Umeshu plum wine, Moose sour cherry aperitivo, and Mountain Everleaf, expertly shaken with lemon juice, sugar, and egg white. It's a taste of spring in every sip.
Little ones are invited to take part in a special origami activity. They will have the chance to create delicate butterflies from simple paper, symbolising beauty and transformation, all while enjoying a sweet Easter treat from us.
