Inernational Sake Day
Celebrate International Sake day – All month long
Sake is more than just a drink in Japanese culture; it’s a symbol of craftsmanship, tradition, and togetherness.
For centuries, sake has played a central role in Japanese rituals and celebrations, acting as a bridge between people and nature. Its production, rooted in the simplicity of rice, water, and fermentation, mirrors the elegance of sushi and sashimi, where quality ingredients and careful preparation bring out the finest flavours.
Throughout October, we’ll be hosting a series of four events designed to guide newcomers and aficionados alike through the world of sake.
