For £150 for two, you’ll start with a selection of; Lobster Bisque with Lobster, Ikura and Udon Noodles, Edamame, Kani Korokke, Beef Tataki and Hiramasa Ceviche.
You'll then enjoy sticks of Wagyu from Kyushu and Argentinian Red Shrimp as well as a selection of Nigiri (Shake Yaki, Maguro and Hiramasa Yaki) and Maki (Black Cod and Soft Shell). Want to turn things up a notch? Add Exmoor Caviar for £20.
Then finish on a dark chocolate fondant with a melting matcha core.
