Sticks'n'Sushi
Now you can enjoy a nice spot of sushi at the top of Copenhagen’s newest three-floor food mecca, with a view of Tivoli and the city centre. The restaurant offers an excellent view of the old amusement park and even has a 400 square metre urban garden—perfect for those of you wanting a little more privacy in the summer months, thanks to its design interspersed with Japanese pavilions.
Danish 'hygge' and japanese minimalism
The old amusement park was decked in Christmas lights and hearts when Sticks’n’Sushi opened their restaurant at the top of Tivoli Hjørnet in 2017.
From this Japanese-Scandinavian restaurant, you can enjoy an unparalleled view of Kobbertårnet, Pantomimeteatret, and people rushing to make their trains at the central station. The restaurant is incredibly well suited for the third floor of the wavy building on the corner.
This is our most traditional Japanese restaurant, thanks to the Japanese patterns that carve the path through the restaurant and into the kitchen, which is an island in the middle of the room. The restaurant is shaped like a big fish, and the tiles of the floor are coordinated to glisten like scales. The room combines Danish hygge with Japanese minimalism. We offer all our best dishes here, full of vegetables, meat and fish. Whether you prefer raw or grilled, you can rest assured that we offer a balanced mix of sushi, grilled delicacies on a stick, and colourful salads.
The interior design of the restaurant was handled by OEO Interieurs. Amongst the steel, glass, and planks of oak are delicate rose lamps that float, almost as though made of rice paper. Behind the bar is a Japanese mask that smiles at each and every one of our guests.
There are entrances to the restaurant from the street as well as the garden. You do not need a ticket for the garden to enjoy your sake in peace—it is even possible to host meetings of various lengths, complete with our menus designed to appease rather than eradicate hunger.

Larger group of guests
If you are ten or more guests in your party, we kindly ask you to order your food in advance, as this will give our chef time to make sure that your food is absolutely perfect. Should there be guests in your party who would rather not eat raw fish, or who prefer plant-based diets. We welcome all requests for vegetarian meals.
