SAKURA

Sakura blooms for only a short time, and so do our specials.

When cherry blossoms bloom in Japan, people gather under the pink petals to enjoy the view, the food, and the company. This tradition is called Hanami – and now, we’re bringing it indoors at Sticks’n’Sushi. Throughout April, experience the Sakura season with seasonal specials, beautifully decorated restaurants, and inspiring events that celebrate spring through unique flavours.

Some traditions happen under a tree

Ours happen around a table. What is the Sakura Festival? For centuries, Japan has celebrated spring with Hanami, meaning "flower viewing." The tradition began at the imperial court, where aristocrats gathered under the cherry blossoms to admire the view, write poetry, and enjoy life. Over time, Hanami became a festival for all, where friends and family come together with food, sake, and good company to celebrate the fleeting beauty of spring and the Sakura season. This year, we’ve brought Hanami indoors with specials that honor the beauty of the season – while it lasts.
