We offer customizable menus to suit your preferences. The price will depend on your selections and is charged per person, regardless of the number of guests. THE DETAILS

We are happy to bring our food truck to your location. There is an initial setup fee, but we take care of everything, including chefs, servers, and service supplies such as chopsticks, soy sauce bowls, soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, etc.
We can serve approximately 100 guests per hour. If you're planning a lunch for your employees, we also offer a pre-order system that allows them to pick up their sushi at the food truck without waiting in line.
The price for this service is 12,000 DKK excluding VAT, which is payable as a deposit at least 14 days prior to your event. Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days in advance.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Truck dimensions: 8.44 meters long without the truck, 2.44 meters wide, and 3.5 meters tall with the sign extended.
  

ELECTRICITY

• The power connection for the trailer is located at the front of the food truck.

• When fully operational, the truck consumes 22 kWh at 90% capacity per hour, so a 12-hour operation requires approximately 250 kW.

• The connection is a 32A / 400V plug.

• We provide our own 10-meter power cord.

  WATER

• Water supply can be connected at the front of the food truck.

• The connection uses a standard garden hose fitting.

  DRAINAGE

• There are three drains, and we bring our own hoses and pump.
