YOU CAN SWEAR ALL YOU WANT. But only at yourself. Not at your colleagues and not at the guests. We don’t want to listen to swearing all day long in a place where there needs to be space for everyone. Bad language is nothing but a bad habit, and even if you’re a head chef, a manager or the CEO, speaking nicely is still necessary. Attitude trumps abilities. Every time. That's Us.

You can’t run a restaurant that oozes warmth and atmosphere if you’re not constantly among the guests. We keep an eye on the tables and we enjoy talking to our guests. Personal service means that you can see the person behind the uniform. If all this sounds didactic, it’s not meant to be.
