General Information:
Sticks’n’Sushi gift cards can be purchased at all restaurants and on the online platform.
If you purchase a voucher as an e-card, we will send you an email immediately after the purchase with a reference code that you must provide when making a reservation and redeeming the voucher.
Alternatively, we can send you the e-card by mail to the specified address. Please note that shipping of the e-cards can take up to 5 business days.
The e-card or the issued voucher must be presented on-site. The reference code must be readable by a standard smartphone for use.
The Sticks’n’Sushi gift cards and e-cards can be redeemed in all restaurants in Copenhagen, London, and Berlin.
The payout of the voucher value in cash cannot be requested. All reservations must be made in advance, providing the voucher number or the reference number of the e-card. The activation of e-cards can take up to 48 hours. Both forms of vouchers are exclusively for cashless payment in the restaurant and cannot be used for the purchase of other online products (e.g., online delivery services).
Security:
You can share or pass on your voucher to others, but please note that you are responsible for every use, including the misuse of the gift card.
Validity:
The vouchers are valid for 2 years after the year of issue. After the validity period has expired, the voucher can no longer be used. The validity refers to the voucher purchase. If you have questions about the validity or value of your voucher, you can contact us at any time at: [email protected]
Liability and Responsibility:
When purchasing the voucher on the online platform, you have the right to revoke the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). The revocation period begins on the day the contract is concluded and after receipt of the revocation instruction.
Sticks’n’Sushi is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for simple negligence only for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages resulting from the breach of a material contractual obligation, i.e., an obligation that characterizes the contract and on whose fulfillment the consumer has relied. In the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation, liability is limited to the replacement of foreseeable, typically occurring damage, and liability for indirect damage, especially lost profit, is excluded. This does not apply if Sticks'n'Sushi has fraudulently concealed a defect or exceptionally assumed a quality guarantee, as well as in the case of claims under the Product Liability Act.
If you lose the gift card, please inform us immediately at [email protected] so that we can block the gift card as quickly as possible.
